  Rhiannon Henry is a Welsh swimmer, paracyclist and paratriathlete. Rhiannon was born with limited vision but has gained an incredible amount of achievements: Rhiannon has represented Wales at three Commonwealth Games, is a multiple World and European champion and also competed in the Paralympic Games three times, winning two Paralympic bronze medals
